Dr. Welter opened the New England Center for Hair Restoration after training with top specialists in Maryland. He then brought in the very best talent for his own center. Dr. Welter’s aesthetic ability to create a natural hairline and fullness to each individual patient is fast becoming the new standard for Hair Restoration.

Dr. Ryan Welter received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma and graduated from Brown University’s Family Medicine Residency Program. He is also board certified in family practice.

As founder and chief surgeon of The New England Center for Hair Restoration, Dr. Welter is medically educated, board certified in family practice, trained and licensed to perform hair restoration procedures for men and women in New England. He is certified through the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery to treat thinning hair, partial, and significant baldness.  New England Center for Hair Restoration also performs eyebrow hair transplantation, restoration for aesthetic reasons or for correction after injury.

Clark Tan, M.D.

Dr. Tan received his medical degree from Far Eastern University Institute of Medicine. He is a diplomate in both General Surgery and Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He finished his surgical residency training in General & Cancer Surgery at East Avenue Medical Center with sub-specialty in Aesthetic Plastic Surgery at Makati Medical Center. He has been doing hair restoration for more than 10 years in New York and is a staff member of New England Center for Hair Restoration. His artistic inclination and attention to details provides the best hair restoration outcome.
